What comes to your mind when you hear the words “mental health”? It’s known that most people think of it as a form of depression or something negative. Surprisingly, it’s not all about that. Itś okay if you don't know what to feel, if you don't know what you want and if you can't figure things out as you go. Itś okay to not want something you worked so hard on getting. Sometimes you just have to turn the page to realize there is more to your book of life than the page youŕe stuck on. Stop being afraid to move on. Close this chapter of hurt, and never re-read it again. Itś time to get what your life deserves, and move on from the things that don't deserve you. Don't spend your days trying to correct your past, instead, let it go. Take a step back. Really look at yourself. You are human. You are beautiful. And you can be anything. You can be everything. Do not concern yourself with things you cannot control. Cry when you need to, then let go when it's time. Stop taking life for granted. Live for something. live for yourself. Live your life to its full potential. Mental health can mean people struggling with loving themselves. Struggling to be happy. So whatever you think, make it happen. Shock everyone.
